Shipping

LAVENDER ROSE ships anywhere in the world using USPS Priority Mail. This service allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 3-5 business days and express delivery in 1-3 business days, depending on the time of your order and location of shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

• Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

Orders placed on the weekend begin processing the following Monday. All orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. LAVENDER ROSE will do our best to deliver your items in rapid fashion. We are not sure of the exacted time, you can also use your USPS tracking number to get a better time frame.

International shipping: DDU-Duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and does not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charge are the responsibility of the customer. In the event your order requires any of these additional fees, you must pay them for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release of deny release of your package. 

Lavender Rose is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
