RETURNS POLICY

Lavender Rose understands online shopping is not always easy. In the event, you have 5 days from the time you receive it to request STORE CREDIT.

GUIDELINE:

Lavender Rose does not offer exchanges due to availability when items are received. Returns are non-refundable, please return any returnable items that do not satisfy you completely within 5 days of the receive date for a gift card for the total of the item(s) received, for use online only at Lavenderroseboutique.com 

All items are inspected for defects before shipped out. We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed, with any sort of smell or altered. All  items must be original condition with tags. 

  • Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping charges to and from Lavender Rose. It is recommended that you ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method.
  • Mystery Boxes, Sale items, items purchased using discount/promo code, swimwear/lingerie, bodysuits and accessories are FINAL SALE. 
  • You can use your store credit on ANYTHING at Lavenderroseboutique.com and it NEVER expires. 
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
  • Items purchased using a free shipping option are subject to a $13 restock fee that will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Your return authorization number is only valid for 3 days. Any returns received after 5 days it will not be accepted.
  • All non-returnable items will be denied and with the costs of the customer will be returned.


 Lavender Rose will ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT. No exchange or refunds. No exceptions.

We will review the items for approval or disapproval of your return within 2-4 business days. After processing and approving your return, you will receive notification via email. After receiving notification, you’ll receive your gift card via email within 1-3 business days.

COSMETICS, SKIN CARE, WHOLESALE 

  • All sales are final. If product is damaged when received, please contact us immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.

WAS YOUR ORDER SENT BACK TO US BY THE SHIPPING COURIER? 

Returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
