Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery by logging into your account.

How long does shipping take?
-If you have ordered with express shipping, please note when ordering with express shipping please know that your package will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. 
- If you have ordered with standard ground shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process and ship from our facilities. 
- If you are an international order, please allow 6-10 business days for your order to process and ship from our facilities.
 
What is your return policy?
 
- All valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. 
- All sale items, accessories, eyelashes, bodysuits, and swimsuits are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit. 
- All product tags must remain attached. Items must show no signs of wear, including stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, or animal hair. Items must also be unworn and unwashed.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Follow the instructions on your Packing Slip included in your original order. Please return item(s) within 30 days. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, accessories, eyelashes, bodysuits & swimsuits. We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.

 

Returns & Replacements:

Lavender Rose Boutique does not accept returns on products ordered from Lavenderroseboutique.com after 30 days of receiving it. Accessories, Swimwear, and bodysuits items are NOT returnable, but if they are defective, we will send you out new product. Please note that eyelashes and lip-gloss can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

On your packing slip included in your original order please enter the Reason Code for your return in the space provided next to the item.
